Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full to be eligible for a return.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
